Celebrating St. Patricks Day in HBMO Style!

As you are probably aware, Sunday March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day 2024… and since this is our 10th Anniversary, we wanted to do something special for our Sunday attendees!

On Sunday, all attendees can begin looking for their own Pot-O-Gold around the conference center! Ten of them to be exact (because, it’s our tenth anniversary obviously!) Each little cauldron will have a surprise amount of prize chips inside useable to spend on the prize wall at the event. Amounts range from 20 chips all the way up to 100!!!

Here are a few rules just so everyone knows the bounds of play and what they are looking for:

1.) All attendees are eligible to claim one or more of the “Pots of gold” hidden around the Hurst Conference Center and Hilton Hotel. Vendors, artists, volunteers, staff are not eligible to claim the items!

2.) The items will ONLY be located in public access areas, specifically in areas for the convention goers. We ask that you please do not stray into office or back loading areas during your search. Examples of where they may be are in the tournament hall, the main foyer, the side events room, or potentially even the patio!
(All prizes will be accessible so that no damage is caused to the facility. If you cause damage to the facility you will be asked to leave the venue and required to pay the cost of repair/replacement.)

3.) Please be respectful if someone finds the prize before you. Fighting and arguments will not be tolerated.

4.) The prizes will ONLY be available on Sunday, March 17th and only during the public event hours.

You can claim multiple prizes, so make sure you start looking as soon as the convention hall opens on Sunday morning! It’s well worth coming by just to participate! Happy hunting everyone!
